It would seem this weekend most OC artists are being shown outside of OC. Here is one more to add to the list.
Office alum Chie Yamayoshi will be showing her video sculptures this Saturday at the SCA Project Gallery located in the Pomona arts district.
SCA Project Gallery is located in the historic downtown area of Pomona, California. Conveniently located off the 10 or 60 Freeways. The SCA Gallery is located on the Basement Level of the Founder’s Building. The Pomona Arts Colony hosts a Second Saturday Art Walk each month with more than a dozen galleries and studios exhibiting art work.
Hours: Friday and Saturday, noon-4pm
Openings and receptions for Second Saturday Art Walk: 6-9pm

Chie is also included in The OsCene @ The Laguna Art Museum until February.
Side Note:
It was quite surreal during the opening of The OsCene to see all the dressed up arterati standing in line to peak into the dog’s ass, that was plastered to the wall, in an attempt to view Chie’s latest piece.
