Before heading out to some openings Saturday night Mrs. OC Art Blog and I picked up London based artist Natasha Caruana who is in town researching her latest project on infidelity that will have its US premiere here at the Office late spring of next year. After Natasha berated me for my SUV (I tried to tell her Mrs. OC Art Blog drives a hybrid so we cancel each other out) we headed up to LA to show her around and give her the lay of the land. The highlights of the evening were of course Whitney Bedford’s show at cherrydelosreyes and a show closer to home at the Walled City Gallery in San Pedro where Katie Stubblefield was showing her sugar/salt works. Oh, and on Sunday I got killed in the film I’m in . Only one more scene to shoot in the next couple of weeks and I’m done. Fun was had by all. Photos follow:
